We then file an Inventory and Appraisal with the court, which provides a detailed accounting of the estate’s holdings. This step is critical for ensuring transparency and fairness in distributing assets among heirs and beneficiaries.

Steve, are there ever any challenges or complications that arise during this asset marshaling phase?
Yes, occasionally we encounter situations where locating all assets can be difficult.
